I go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 3 in the morning to use the mild technique. I wake up very tired and use my mantra "The next scene will be a dream!" I slip into a wild and feel the sensation of getting pushed out of my bed by an invisible force. I fall out of my bed and hit the floor. I realize I'm in a dream but everything is black and I cannot see. The only thing I see is the darkness behind my eyelids. How long does it usually takes for imagery to appear? I need tips for stablizing my lucid dreams.
