Thread: FILD /WILD/WBTB and RC questions. Please Help

Hey guys sorry in advanced if this is long or my vernacular is not correct.

So ive been trying for about a week now (including at least 12 RCs daily, fingers through hand and breathing through nose). How long will that take to manifest in a dream?

Second. I have tried all methods listed in the subject. I have almost full dream recall and i journal now. But last night i did FILD method and then did a RC. I relized i was dreaming but also my hands from the wrist down were invisible and one of my dream eyes was closed. My body was also heavy and non reaponsive. Like i could only half move. I began rubbing my hand and wished for clarity and that helped but i still could get fully out if bed. I then tried so hard i woke up and did another RC (it was NOT a false awakening). Also if i do a RC after FILD and realize im dreaming how should i open my dream eyes or how do i proceed from there.

Also in the WBTB method when i see the waves of color am i supposed to visualize at that point? In another post i mentioned how i end up in this crazy vibration with a whirlpool of black and white colors. I know im asleep but cant visualize or do anything. Another member told me i was close to a OBE and i know she/he is right. When it happened again 2 nights ago i tried floating/climbing a rope/etc but was still stuck.

Now that ive been trying this for a week my dreams are clear and i can remember. But as soon as i wake i wonder why i didnt realize it was a dream cause it seems so obvious. So just wondering about when RCs in WL will manifest while dreaming.

So any help in these situations would be helpful. Once again sorry for the novel.
