trouble. plz help.
I've been lucid dreaming more now. But as time passes I feel I can't stay focused n the lucid dreams trick me into believing they're real or it's good to let go off lucidity and ofc I easily believe it. Either it fades n I wake up or another dream with a cute story line begins. I like the second one tho :3. So is there anything any tip to help me?
BTW when I'm half awake half asleep I take this opportunity to do a DEILD but when I imagine a previous dream a portal apears. Vibrations occur ( they didn't use to happen. I always ld this way) whatever I imagine sinks into the portal n fades. I have no option so I let go n sink into it I failed DEILDs many times.
Can u help plz. I hate this portal thing n the vibrations. Thank u all for reading.
P. S. something I forgot to mention is I get stuck these days. Awful :( feeling

Well for me, making it a habit to rub my hands together while in the dream helps stabilize things and keep me focused on the task at hand.
If Sageous were here, i'm sure he'd mention something about memory. And he's right (surprise, surprise). Try doing this, the next time you have a lucid dream, before you do anything else, just take a moment and see if you can recall a few things:
- what is the current date?
- what room are you sleeping in?
- what is your address?
If you can answer these accurately while dreaming, I'm willing to bet you'll have a a nice, solid lucid dream. Let me know how it goes.

This is something I tried a while ago and I had marked success with it. It may help you as well.
