Thread: How long was your longest lucid dream?

And what was it about?

Just had one last night and I'd have to say it was the longest one I'd had yet. Most of my other few lucids have lasted a few seconds to about 2-3 minutes. The one I had last night was about 10-15 minutes.

1-1.5h, 2 full rem cycles. Happened last night, longest single dream I had

Over 15 minutes. I have had only 4-5 dreams approaching this limit
but several others over 10 minutes

I have definitely had some that were longer that time might have just slipped away from me or something that seemed longer (weeks or so), but the longest with knowing full well that i had remembered the whole dream beginning to end would probably be 4 hours or so. I don't know if this is time dilation or just going through NREM and REM cycles without losing the dream, but it doesn't really matter much what it was.

40 minutes? I don't think Iv had another one that long, maybe 25min max.

I too have had a small amount of lucids that stretched into hours.

If you count "dream time" I've had a 7 hour lucid dream. But this of course isn't like reality where I spent every second of that through experience.

Realistically I would say 2 hours of full and worthwhile lucid time.
