To overcome the vibrations, you have to take your mind off of them somehow. Focus on something else in the dream while waiting for the vibrations to go away. If a reality check fails, you are free leave your bed. You could try to walk around, but your body will probably be very heavy and vibrating. Fortunately, if it is difficult to walk, you can still move your body using your thoughts as a sort of remote control. You can imagine your body floating and flying around until it does, or you could imagine sinking into the ground where there is a void or a new dream scene. If it is a void, you could imagine a new dream scene until one appears.
If all else fails, see the vibrations as a sign you are close to or in a dream, and focus on something else in the dream until your mind is off of the vibrations so that they go away.
