Thread: Did I Luid Dream? or I Had Something Else

I went to bed at 11pm, I woke up at 3am i decide to stay up for a few minutes to play Call of Duty. I wanted to go back to sleep because i had a doctors appointment so i forced myself to sleep but I couldn't, so i closed my eyes in I was seeing strange images i didn't interact to them. Then all of the sudden i found myself chatting with my little sister in her room. The chatting was getting to vivid, I seen every detail in her room, the more i was aware of it the more vivid it was. Once i really realize it was getting to real I started see stuff in my head again like shapes and blue color lights, my eyes were blinking rapidly, i didn't have no control over my body. Then after i had control over my body i got out of bed i heard music playing, and i looked at my hand everything was strange looking. I seen this crying looked very dirty like she needed to clean herself but i looked closely it was a demon, i backed away from it i looked out the window it was a lot of snow it looked very amazing. The demon came i tried to make it go away but it didn't leave i was so f***ing scared i just woked up.

Looks like you did have a lucid dream, if you knew you are dreaming while you were in it.

Otherwise, it started out with some HH - hypnogogic hallucinations which are images or audio hallucinations. They happen as we are falling asleep and we are nearing or are already in REM. The are mini-dreams that will evolve into full dream.

When I see them, all I need to do is "wish" myself to be inside of them. By picking a spot in the dreamlet and think "I am there". Or if you have sense of adventure and ready for some mindblowing stuff, just stand up into your environment. Stand up from your bed. Once you do that, you will be inside the dream and you will realize you are dreaming.
