Any particular tutorial that you've had a lot of success with?

I'm curious , is there any specific lucid dreaming tutorial that you've read or seen somewhere and have had a lot of success with?(any technique)

      Reality Checks

Reality checks will help a lot. Find some simple ones to begin with and do them consistently during the day. Once they become a subconscious habit, you'll do it in your dream as well. Once you notice the reality check in your dream, you'll be able to become lucid a lot easier.

As far as specific techniques, wake back to bed helped me a lot when I first started. It's easier because you can feel yourself drifting back into sleep (kind of how in the morning when you're still groggy and don't want to get out of bed). The further you can smooth the lines between falling asleep and being awake, the smoother you'll be able to slip into lucid dreams.

I can't remember the exact thread link, but what has helped me is the All Day Awareness method. Couple that with RCs every hour and you at the very least have much more vivid dreams .
