So before bed i take 0.25mg melatonin to get to sleep. Then i woke up 6hrs later. I took another 0.1mg and got a drink. I stayed up for 30min reading my dream journal and doing RCs then the melatonin kicked in and i went back to bed. I started having the most vivid dream i was sure it was real. Untill i saw copies of myself. Then i put my hand through my arm and confirmed i was lucid. I rubbed my hands together and started vibrating and i was wondering what to do then i woke up. |
