That's a load of bologna, if you ask me. Even if it did, I feel the effects would be very minimal. |

I had a very interesting revelatory dream a couple of weeks back that led me to this question among others and insights I thought I should share. |

Just a scared old llama on the outside planning to dominate these forums...
Don't you dare defy me!
Note: I'm big on grammar, you won't see one error coming out of me!
The only link I can think of between physical strength and lucidity is that you feel stronger and believe more in yourself. If in real life you can lift something very heavy, if you try to lift it in a LD, you will probably be able to do it. If you can't do it in real life, it might be harder because you don't believe you can. However, physical strength is definitely not something needed for high quality lucids. Lucid dreaming is something anyone can do despite physical appearance. |

It would be interesting analyzing what physical strength means here... it might not be related to exercise only, but to overall health. Eating well, sleeping well, being positive, etc (and also exercise). This would make much more sense to me... |

Yes I was thinking in those terms rather than actual weight lifting strength. Since I believe the body to be physical, mental, and spiritual/emotional and each affects the other. |
