About to start writing a lucid dream paper

I am a natural lucid dreamer and have always been fascinated by lucid dreams,
and once my teacher told us we were going to be writing a 10 page paper,
I instantly knew I was going to write about lucid dreaming.

I feel like my argument will overall be about the benefits of lucid dreaming
and why people should try to have them. I am still figuring it all out.

I have subtopics such as:
Benefits/Theories of what they are/why we have them
History
Techniques to achieve lucidity
What it is, how does it occur (defining sleep cycles/levels of control)

I wanted to find credible sources to base my paper off of. My teacher is requiring
us to find 25 credible online sources and 25 book sources.
We will end up using around 20 total at the end for the paper.

I have started researching people such as Stephen LaBerge,
Freud, Jung, and Dr. Thomas Yuschak.

If anyone knows of any credible sources that I can use or any
interesting info that you've found or learned that I can
use at to my paper, I would greatly appreciate it.
