Do you guys know a good routine for lucid dreaming. I don't ask what do you eat or how much time do you sleeps I ask how many thing related for lucid dreams we can do to maximize the chances of having a wild or having a dild/mild/deild or whatever techniques. For examples do meditation twice a day or do many reality check. Something like that. Because everyday I tell to myself that from that moment I'll be fully focused on my dreams but I always do the same thing everyday, two time a day I Meditate do reality check when I remember and practice Ada there'sother thing to do that I missed? |
