      first lucid dream

      After my first lucid dream,lucid dreams will come on their own or i have to still keep practicing ?

      Keep practisingdefinitely. The point of practising is to increase the chance of becoming lucid again.

      Oh yeah, practice is key. Just think that with every lucid dream you have, it'll be easier to become lucid the next time. At some point you will get a feeling of how they are and you will start having lucids more frequently.
