HELP! I always dream in third person and I really wanna dream in first person. by third person I mean I watch myself like a movie. I hate it and really want to first person and lucid dream. but since I dream in third person, I cant lucid dream! once I did, but very hard to do. is there any way I can dream in first person? please please help.
