I'm trying but i don't have any . I've had about 2 very faint ones that almost didn't feel like lucid and i've been trying for 3 years. |

Which techniques have you been using and for long do you do them for? Do you do memory exercises? Do you keep a dream journal? Have you got a consistent sleep schedule? If other people know these things then they may be able to help answer your question. |

1)Mantras during the day |

Practice. Lots of it, daily. You'll never achieve these numbers without a large shift in your life style. |

The egg is the world.

Hm. Other than the list of things you do during the day, you could try waking memory exercises. Like, as you do a reality check, think of what you were doing an hour ago (or your preferred time). It also counts as a reality check anyway because you could be in a dream and the last thing you remember doing was going to bed. |

You may want to switch to focusing on a shorter, statement-based mantra like "I'm dreaming." |

The important thing is to not believe that you are less than others because you can't achieve many lucid dreams. Just because others have had hundreds and you have only had a couple doesn't mean that you are bad at this naturally or whatever. Nobody said lucid dreaming was a contest, having more lucid dreams does not make you 'better'. |
|
Everybody does something for their lucid dreams. Learning to lucid dreaming doesnt happen overnight and without effort. It also takes time to learn to lucid dream. Also i havent been frequent lucid dreamer long time. I did a lot of effort and did every techniques and tips properly. Half assed work for inducing lucid dreams is same as nothing you need to be committed to it. Its not hard if yoy do with full effort. You kind of can imagine that many people have changed they whole way of thinking to lucid dream frecuently. Its a lot of work when you try to change normaö dreaming to lucid dreaming. Although you can have many lucid dream with techniques but if you want to become frequent lucid dreamer you need either create some habit which induces lucidity or change your mindset. |

Maybe they learnt it at a young age and became naturals at it like myself. |

That's what I think as well. |
