Loss of circulation during sleep paralysis?
Hey all. I've always had bouts of sleep paralysis, but they were pretty chill. I could even hallucinate songs I'd heard!
But for the past two nights it's turned to hell. It feels like I'm losing circulation rapidly through my whole body - it's especially bad around my joints. Pressure starts building up in my head... Find it VERY hard to breathe. This happens whenever I wake up and go back to sleep. The sensation reaches a peak within a few seconds...thought I was going to blow a vein or something. I forced my hands to move, and then I would wake up.
When I wake up, the head pressure's still there, but it goes away quickly.
Help? :disconcerted:
