I've heard that pure chocolate and any kind of diary products should help. And also fruits and veggies in general because they provide general health, like nuts. I eat peanuts all day long and I don't get lucid very often so you might try almonds :P
No matter how much "lucid food" you eat, becoming lucid always relies on mentality. Food just helps you along.
I know there are a lot of vitamins and such that are supposed to help you, like B12 or something like the sorts.
As far as staying lucid, I don't think so. At least, I have never heard of it.
