Recalling dialogue is not a strong point of mine, but FryingMan is correct, I tend to write down any dialogue I remember first, because it's always the first detail to disappear.
I seem to communicate telepathically in most of my dreams, rather than actually talking, so sometimes there aren't actually any words to recall.
If I'm lucid, there's a trick I use in-dream to remember dialogue more strongly, which is narrating the scene in my head as it's happening, and imagining how I will write about it in my DJ. I might repeat the dialogue a few times over in my head to make sure the memory is reinforced more strongly.
Hyu is a member who has very strong dialogue recall.
He says this about the conversations he recalls:

Especially with conversations, it sometimes happens that I clearly remember the topic and outcome of a discussion, but none of the wording.
If I feel like I can reasonably reconstruct such a conversation I usually do so for my public DJ.
