      Accidentally Lucid Dreamed?

So, a few weeks ago I accidentally set up my alarm to go off at 4am instead of 7am. I have a 4am alarm for school, but it was summer vacation, so the entire summer was spent waking up at 7am, going to bed at 9pm, 10pm, or 11pm. I woke up at 4am, decided it was a good time to feed my cats, then stayed up until 8am. At 8am, I was feeling groggy, so I got back and bed and was about to go to sleep. My eyes closed, and I saw a hallway, I was about 3 feet tall and I was walking slowly. The hallway was a mess, and I kept asking myself stuff like "Why am I dreaming?" or "Why am I asleep?" Like I said, this was a while ago, so I don't remember exactly what I said. I woke up 10 minutes later, it was 8:26am, and I just sat in my bed in awe and confusion. I'd been familiar with lucid dreams for a long while, but despite my attempts from months or years ago, I'd never done it. Do you guys think I actually lucid dreamed or is it something else?

It sounds like you had a lucid dream, but maybe you weren't fully aware. It also seems possible that this could have been a False Lucid Dream, where you only dream about lucid dreaming, but you don't become lucid. I have had lucid dreams following almost the exact same schedule you described above. Many times throughout the year, I would wake up at 4 am, and I would be sick so I'd go back to sleep and not go to school. Every time I do that during the school year, I have a lucid dream. May this is some type of variant of a CAT induced lucid dream. It has to deal with the sudden change of your sleep schedule, and this sounds alot like it.

      Goals:
-Become Lucid in every dream every night
      -Perfect the time dilation watch
-Continue to have a dream plan for most of my lucid dreams

I was really tired the first time I accidently had what I think was an LD. It was a couple years ago and I don't remember being aware I was dreaming but I remember having control over the dream.
