I've found, as well as others that when you write down a Dream Plan right before you go to sleep, you are alot more likely to remember what you wanted to do. Of course though that is different from Reality Checks. As you stay with Lucid Dreaming and gain more experience, remembering won't be a problem anymore. And yes, as everyone has said, recall can really help with remembering. If you start working on your recall, it will literally get better every day. To me, recall is a fundamental in order to remembering any dream. Once you get that down, you'll be able to remember 80% of each dream in no time, of course remembering 100% of each dream is possible, but it takes ALOT of work!
