I'm not sure there's a way to avoid ejaculating. If it happens, it happens.

In my experience though, the stain on you underwear or bed won't remain once it dries. It's mostly water, after all.

Even if your parents did see the mark on your underwear and question you about it you can simply say you had a wet dream. Wet dreams are natural so they shouldn't be upset with you if you have one. Your dreams are your business, not theirs.

Judging by the question OP asks, I think telling them he had a wet dream is something he'd rather avoid...

I never ejaculated in a dream, and never had a wet dream. Maybe put some paper in your boxers like someone suggested above if you're unsure.
