Well, you have probably heard this before, but here are some grand ways to improve Dream Recall. Point form for your convenience.
-Write your dreams down upon awakening. (One of the most effective ways, and very popular)
-Wake up earlier (Please, see WBTB in the wiki page)
-Mantras (Not very popular, but it works for quite alot of people if done correctly.)
-Eat a banana before bed.
-Drink lots of apple juice before bed
-Start meditating
I'm sure there are more things you can do, but i am not aware of anything further than this.
mantra is not popular? No wonder people suck at LDing so much. :P It is a great way.
Best way would be to check out threads about it and do the things that you think will work and practice and try them out. Here would be the threads I would look at and that help me with recall.
