My HI wake me up!

This has happened several times now, and it is starting to annoy me. My HI seem to induce alarming sounds, like someone trying to break into the house and stuff like that. I was instantly awake as this is one of my fears, someone getting into the house while I sleep... so I clearly hear someone cutting the ropes of the roller shutter of our french window and rolling up / tearing apart the shutter. It was loud... and I grabbed a knife and opened up all shutters loudly, switching lights on in order to scare the intruder away. So pumped full of adrenaline I examine everything and, well nothing at all happened. Everything was in order, all normal. I also checked the neighbours house, all fine too... so I guess I just had hallicinations...?

I was trying to WILD by the time, so I figure it might have to do with that.
