Okay so the night when I first started practicing my recall I went to bed at 7pm and woke up at around 3am wrote down a dream than went back to bed. I than woke up at around 6am and wrote down 3 dreams.
But recently for the past 2 nights
I'd be listening to ASMR videos as I go to sleep to help me relax. While the video would be playing I would be repeating a mantra in my head (I will remember my dreams) I found that it's sometimes harder to fall asleep and I never really remember my dreams at all even when I wake up );
Do you guys think that the ASMR videos maybe distracting me and I'm not focusing on my Mantra enough or???
