Can't Remember Dreams Anymore?!!!

Okay so the night when I first started practicing my recall I went to bed at 7pm and woke up at around 3am wrote down a dream than went back to bed. I than woke up at around 6am and wrote down 3 dreams.
But recently for the past 2 nights
I'd be listening to ASMR videos as I go to sleep to help me relax. While the video would be playing I would be repeating a mantra in my head (I will remember my dreams) I found that it's sometimes harder to fall asleep and I never really remember my dreams at all even when I wake up );
Do you guys think that the ASMR videos maybe distracting me and I'm not focusing on my Mantra enough or???

I think the problem is you're thinking too much about it. The same thing happened to me about 2 weeks ago. Try to sleep well 2 or 3 nights and see if it helps! :)

I know what you are talking about! I dont know if it´s just me but when i watched a subliminal messages video before going to sleep (recommended by a friend, because it worked for him) and did not remember a thing! Not even the slightest dream. Seems like its working differently for different people :)

It's pretty common to have blank periods. Now I'm recalling lots of dreams per night, but I had a 2/3 week period a few weeks in which I wasn't able to remember any dream.
