When I am in a dream I always see everything as if it is with "film grain effect" ( where the dots are very dark ), so the images are never clear but are noticeable and I can remember wherever I was when dreaming. In a Lucid Dream would I still see everything with "film grain" or can I see normally as if I was awake? I have Myopia IRL, I hope I get to see normally in a lucid dream ...
I normally have good memory of dreams, should I write them down when I wake up? Do it really help me achieve lucid dream? I also experience sometimes "fake" lucid dreams ( I would put it this way ) where I notice for a time I am dreaming but suddenly I "forget" and get with the "flow" of the dream until the end.
And my last question: reality check, should I keep doing it during the day or when I wake up? I count my fingers or look at the clock in the smartphone from time to time.
