SSILD is a personal favorite of mine - it's had quite a success rate, providing me with ~1-4 lucids per week. |

I think FILD sounds really hopeful so I'll be trying that soon. Which method of induction works best for you? And how many LDs do you have on average per week (if any)? thanks |

FILD is most definitely a great and effective technique. It is one of the easiest and least time consuming methods I've tried. I find, though, that no matter the technique, in order to climb that lucidity spectrum to attain full lucidity, it is still necessary to perform reality checks and mindfulness during the day simply for increased awareness. |

I like CANWILD on weekends. I set my phone to give me a few buzzes at 15 minute intervals. |
For me not anything too specific but I get the strongest LD after staring at what I want to dream about right before I close my eyes. Lets say a photo of the Eiffel Tower I will get comfy relax, clear my head focus on the photo on my phone and visualize what I want to do when I get there and before you know it I am in Paris. I am a very visual hands on person so this always does the trick if I start doing all this crazy stuff to force myself to I will NOT I have to be super confident and relaxed. |
hmm I haven't tried doing that yet. Although I am very easily distracted |
I do MILD at weekdays and WILD at weekends. Both with some WBTB into the mix. |
Yeah exactly what @DreamHighlander said ! I keep it simple with MILD during the week and WILD during the weekends, always complimented with the WBTB and some sort of guided meditation playing on my headphones (if not, I almost always just fall asleep.) |
Ha! I know the feeling I try to do it when I know I can not keep my eyes open anymore if not them Ill find myself on YouTube and checking other things |
