About 2 years ago, I became interested in lucid dreaming. I did the practices: wring a dream journal and doing RC, for a few day. Then, I gave them up, because I found an easier way to have LDs.
This is what I did. After I woke up, I would masturbate and go to sleep again. As sleeping, I would keep my brain awake and not move. After a few minutes, I would enter a lucid dream. It worked surprisingly well for me.I tried this 7 days in a roll. There was only one day that it didn't work. In some days, I had more than one LDs. After that I kinda gave up lucid dreaming.
I have been interested in lucid dreaming again recently. Right now I have plenty of free time and want to master it. I have been rigorously writing my dream journal and doing RC for a couple of days now. I'm not gonna be lazy this time. My goal is to have a lucid dream whenever I want lol. I did the method again this morning and it almost worked. If I hadn't moved, I might have had a lucid dream. I remember the feeling during the transition to lucid dreaming that I had 2 years ago. And I had it this morning.
I don't know if I should continue doing this, because even though I could successfully enter a lucid state with it, each of the dreams were very short. They lasted only 2-4 minutes. I tried spinning and rubbing my hands. Neither of them worked. Does anyone know which method makes you have long lucid dreams? And if I try other methods, how long will It take for me to have a LD.
"Sorry for my strange use of words. It was because of the automatic spelling correction.
