So,
I have alot of obsession thoughts and things i have to do, like for example tapping something with my finger and weird stuff like that. All my obsession thoughts i remember very easily and they become a habit really quickly. So what im going to do now is make a reality check into a obsession thought or making obsession thoughts into reality checks. Everytime i see numbers im gonna look away and look at them again to see if they have changed since they have a 95% chance of changing in a dream. I am also gonna make other ''normal'' reality checks into obsession thoughts so i can get the maximum chance of lucid dreaming.
I have two questions though,
Will this work, and how effective will it be?
