Now, it sounds like your goals are less in personalities and more in changing motivations. Well, these questions like "how is your personality structured" sound like something for a psychologist. I doubt the answer is entirely simple. My only recommendation would be to have a lucid dream and ask your subconscious these things, see what you learn.
Again, I didn't fully understand what you were trying to ask because of the grammar, but I'm guessing you want to learn how to do more of what you need to do and less of what is distracting or unhelpful. People use things like subliminal messages or hypnotism to accomplish this, like eating less junk food, quitting smoking, or exercising more. The goal behind these methods is to essentially reprogram your mind, your subconscious mind.
Because lucid dreaming allows interaction with the subconscious, you should be able to program it with an ease you couldn't find in other methods. How you would program it, I don't know. That's why you have to ask it yourself. And even then, your method--like every other lucid dreaming ability--may not work with someone else, which is to say it wouldn't be necessarily universal.
To summarize: reprogram your mind, and to accomplish that, ask your subconscious. But have a method of communication planned out beforehand. Otherwise, its random appearance may shock you awake or confuse you to the point where you don't understand the answer. Hope all of this helps.
