Hey all. Im recently getting back into lucid dreaming, and this time I'm not going to give up. But i need a daily sort of list of things to do that i will follow. For example, I wake up and lay and think. I try to recall my dreams as best as possible, and write them down, along with any other related thoughts I have. I do reality checks throughout the day, and affirm that I will recall my dreams upon waking right before I go to bed strictly at 9 o'clock.
But i want more things I can do during the day to help me increase my dream recall and chances of lucidity. What pieces of advice do you have?
By the way, I am in the 1st week of preparation for the CAT method. So I am going to bed at 9 and waking up at 5 every day for a week.
Any help is appreciated
