Congratulations. Yeah, its a low-level lucid, but its better than no lucid at all and it is your first time. Never experienced tunnel vision, so I can't help you there, but you seem to have a good deal of skill with dream control, especially considering that its your first time and that getting light anywhere is surprisingly challenging. |

Yeah its possible. What you have to do is just practice. But beyond that something that will really help is this technique called "All Day Awareness" where throughout every day you just stay aware of where you are and everything. It sounds really difficult but its actually really easy and tremendously increases your level of lucidity and chances of getting one. Try it out. I dont know of anything that will increase your lucidity such as drugs or anything, but I do know that Vitamin B6 can greatly heighten the vividness of your dreams and it helps you remember your dreams alot easier too, but dont depend on this vitamin constantly as it could hinder your growth in Lucidity and you could become dependent on it. However it doesnt hurt to use it moderatly but I wouldnt suggest using it everyday or anything. Hope this all made sense haha, and good luck, I know you will improve with Lucid dreaming. Henry Ford once said, "Believe you cant, believe you can, either way your right." |

The only requirement for a dream to be lucid is for a dreamer to realize, while in the dream, that he is dreaming. And you did that, so yes, congrats |
