Strange "Lucid" Experience. OBE? Lucid Dream? Sleep Paralysis?

Hello everyone. I'm new to the forums so forgive me if this is posted in the incorrect thread, I was kind of unsure where this would be appropriate. I did also post a longer version of this as a dream journal, if you'd like to check that out.
So, I have narcolepsy and extremely vivid, realistic dreams and nightmares that I've always remembered the day after. Sleep paralysis is common, I deal with it and I don't see entities or hear anything. It just happens and I fall back to sleep. That's a common occurrence in my life and not a big deal.

A couple of months ago something different happened. I had sleep paralysis but I seemed to be moving? I was moving through my house. I felt extremely heavy though, and I can remember feeling like I was "leaning" on a door struggling to move my limbs to walk anywhere and to open my eyes. This was different from any paralysis I'd experienced. I knew I was sleeping- I also think I remember seeing my body outline in the bed. Sometimes I felt myself waking up, and thought I'd woken up but it was just a FA. Unfortunately I didn't do any reality checks.
      Eventually I woke myself up.
I have no idea what this was but it was definitely not just paralysis.
Since then I've been having extreme lucid dreams without trying, probably related but definitely lucid dreams and felt much different/remembered much differently than this one experience. If you'd like to read about my lucid dreams then I've written about them in my DJ.

If anyone could help out with this strange occurrence that would be great. Thank you!

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

Unfortunatelly, it's hard to determine what exactly happened. Sometime I can't tell what happened to me, because the experiences could be all so similar to each other. Without having more events, it can be hard to categorize.

Most often though, when I feel I'm moving, I'm already in a LD, or just on the threshhold. If it felt very different from your LDs, then I suppose it could have been an OBE.

In either case though, it sounds like a cool experience. Good luck and happy travels
