Lucid, Vivid, or just realistic?

I've been taking Zoloft for awhile now and I've recently gotten off the meds due to side effects. Ever since then I've been having realistic dreams, most of them were Lucid. I don't know what's been going on but it feels either Lucid or really vivid intense like. The last one I've had was so realistic I almost had a heart attack, not literally, but you get the info. :) This has been going on for days now. I cant tell if I've been having Lucid Dreams for the past couple months after I've been off the medicine. But I've been fully aware of my dreams. Just this one time this morning I dreamt of Zelda Ocarina of Time. I was at the Graveyard in Kakariko Village. The weirdest thing was I saw some realistic creatures, landscapes, it was like I was really there. I knew what was going on, I've been having these intense vivid dreams for the past couple months, I don't know if I should go see my doctor or what. It's getting to the point where it's scaring me. I remember seeing my therapist after that, we had a good conversation, I told him "How can I wake up from this dream" I knew what was going on, I was looking around and saw the rooms, the dream was in a pre-lucid state. Its shocking because I never experiences these kinds of dreams before. It makes me that I don't want to sleep. It's just frustrating that I can't get over this but its too much stressful to let it pass. Am I having an intense amount of Lucid/Vivid dreams or should I go see my doctor and therapist to get it checked out? I've never had this experience before I've taken the Zoloft now it's been 2 months since I've been off it and I've been having these messed up dreams.

So, you're having these amazingly vivid dreams and you don't want to have them? :) You could give some more to me :)

In honesty, what I think is important here is that, when you wake up, you are 100% sure that you just had a dream. As long as that is the case, I wouldn't be too worried. I've had vivid dreams like yours, but they aren't as frequent. Truth be told, I think it's the vivid dreams that leave me with a higer chance of becoming lucid, since you are more aware of what is going on when the dream is more clear - at least that is the case for me.
