Hello! For almost 10 months now, I have not been practicing any techniques to help me lucid dream. After probably a few months without major success, I ended up losing motivation and interest in LDing. So here I am, 10 months later, back on Dream Views . After browsing through the forums again for a little bit tonight, I am really excited to start practicing LDing again, and almost just as excited to be part of this amazing community once more!

Now, I am a little rusty on my LD knowledge and skills, so I am making this thread to make sure I have a good plan to get back into LDing. First of all, I have always been very fascinated with the WILD technique. I realize, however, that I need to build a solid "base" before I dive back into the world of WILDs.

My plan is to start recording dreams in my dream journal again along with getting back into the habit of doing WBTB's, to increase my dream recall. I pretty much have no dream recall at all right now, so it is obviously important to get that back up before I really start going for the LD's. I also think I want to work on ADA. Does this sound like a good way to start off my new journey? I really want to make sure to be patient and dedicated, as these were my main problems in my last run. I also want to get quite a few DILDs under my belt before I go for the WILDs.

Should I change anything to start out?
