Lightbulb My first lucid dream - Please give me some advice

I have been into this thing for a while, but as I am a really impatient person, never settled for a certain technique. I sometimes did reality checks and tried a few methods, but as I said, never spent more than 2-3 days practicing a specific way of induction. I know that this is not the way it should be, but this is me :\. I have quit writing into my dream journal every a few days ago, but my recall is getting better anyway, because I always do some revision of that night's dreams in the morning.

But this morning I slept for a bit longer than I usually do on weekdays (there's a one-day break at school), so instead of 7-8, I got 11 hours of sleep. My dreams were kind of vivid, I had 3 different just in the morning, and in the last one, I was lucid. I was sitting on a chair and reading some stuff on the internet, but everything was blurry, and then I decided to do an RC (I don't know why). So I did the one with trying to breath with my nose covered, and it worked. I was sort of stupid, 'cause I couldn't believe that it is a dream, and commanded myself to wake up. And I did .

This is all good and nice, but what to do next? I can't sleep until 10 o'clock every day (I wake up at half past six(ish)), so there is no chance of getting that extra 2-3 hours.

I would like to ask for you advice, what do you suggest? Is there a method (besides WILD) that can result in a lucid dream a few times a week? I know it needs practicing, but now that I am sure it is possible to become lucid for me, I promise I will do my best.

      Thanks in advance

Great! Once you get first lucid dream it will become a lot easier! For me it was really hard to get the first lucid dream but once i got it i learned how to have more. Start practising all day awareness this will give you more vivid dreams and increace you chance becoming lucid. Everybody is different but once i got my first lucid dream i started to increace my dream recall so that i would wake after every dream. So when you wake up at night dont move think of the dream you had once you remember some of the dream try to recreate the feeling you had when you became lucid. Now you have to keep that feeling until you fall asleep and you might start dream lucid. I cant say this works for you but i can have lucid dreams everyday with this technique. You just have to find what works for you.

I'm using a technique called B-MILD. It has helped me a lot and it's my favourite technique. You can see what this is here:

Thank you guys! So you suggest the b-mild technique when falling asleep and re-entering a dream at night along with ADA. May these 3 work together?

I guess that might work. But don't try to combine many different techniques as this may not work. Go easy on yourself.
