      Angry No dreams?

Things aren't working well for me and i am kind of disappointed, i have tried the WILD technique with WBTB and i have also been drinking apple juice before bed for a couple of weeks now!
I have been going to bed at 10pm, waking up at 4am, staying up for 30 minutes then closing my eyes and relaxing.
I had my first lucid dream 21 days ago, on the 8th and since that night i haven't been able to remember any dreams for the damn 21 days!!
I am getting fairly frustrated but am keen to keep on trying and eventually have another
I might be doing something wrong but im not sure!
If you can let me know any tips or anything that would be awesome!
But as i said, no dream recall what so ever for 21 days!

I am a guy who just want's to dream!

well....I am not really experienced....but as far as my knowledge goes I think you should just stop for a few days.... get a very good rest and sleep for idk 7 or 8 hours..... and then try again.......also you should keep a dream journal...and write down anything that you can remember from a dream whatever it was....and just keep trying and don't give up!!! and like I said if you are not rested enough then it's bad idea to try LD

I guess this is normal. Maybe this happens from time to time. I say this, because, for a couple of years now i've been having an average of 1-2 LD's per week. Since child i remember my dreams everyday. This year i began a dream journal. Everything was fine. But in the last 3 weeks of July, i stopped having lucid dreams and i couldn't even remember my non-lucid ones. It was like i had no dreams whatsoever on those weeks. But now, i'm back to normal. I didn't do anything different then and now, so, i guess it was just a phase. The only different thing i did was starting to use a different technique for having LD's 3 weeks before that "block out". A technique so good for me that i had 13 LD's in 15 days. Maybe i had too many, so my subconscious rested for 3 weeks. :p

These phases happen. They can vary to long or short periods of time depending on the person. Mine usually last for only a couple days

You could try not doing WBTB/WILD for a couple nights and get a full nights rest and see how that goes. After all, it is about trial-and-error.

      Cheers,

Doesn't sound like you are doing any form of recall. I hope I am not reading this wrong, but you said no dreams. Check out this thread for recall.

I have tried to remember my dreams every morning when I have awoken but to no success!
I literally can not remember any dreams at all for this time period. I didn't remember many dreams as a kid? Maybe this is an assistance to my failure?
I looked at the thread, read upto 3.1 then had to go to school haha! I will read the rest when I am home but it seems to be helpful from what I have read so far! So thank you!
