lucid + reallife

So i started sleeping in the morning and i realized that it was a dream through a pattern. While at it i wwaking up really slowly. And i saw my dream fading but i closed my eyes and woke up from my bed in that dream. Started twitchin is it normal to have unstable Strand cause i have alot of dreams and everyone of them are unstable and know no physic laws like normal gravity usually it's low. Please help me attain stable Kuvis.. lucid drems and one wich actually last. Also be free to share your own experience. Sorry for my bad english.
