/today while walking down to the library (posting from there), I did an awareness check (IE becoming aware of your surroundings and noticing as much as possible). And I noticed that i appreciate so much more when I am in that state of mind. I just stopped and watched this white moth fluttering around, it followed me for awhile, and I stopped and watched it for a full minute. Afterwards every detail was heightened. It's a great feeling. |
