I was just wondering. |

Definitely. In fact, many people use naps to enter Wake Induced Lucid Dreams, since when you nap your body is trying to catch up on lost REM sleep, making WILDing easier during naps. |
|
Yeah, you definitely can. With naps, you may notice stronger sensations (especially you had lack of sleep frequently) or nothing at all, since you'll drift into sleep a bit faster before being aware. I had moments in naps where the desire to sleep was so strong, I ended up getting into a dream like state quickly and was lucid for a good bit. But ultimately, how you become lucid during naps is just as varied as attempting them during longer sleep periods and periods after a WBTB is performed. |

Napping is the only way that I can reach lucidity unless I get really, really lucky one night. I'm being completely serious. |

~ until the very end
Yeah, for me I DILD with regular sleep, but I can only WILD with naps and it works well. |

Your whole mind is made in a special way,
We share the same glow.
Something similar to an out of body experience happened to me in a nap. |

Thanks guys, haha I just wanted to know. who knows I might have more luck with naps than i do at night |
|
I already had 2 lucid dreams during naps! Although they were really short. |
|
