5) as i had my first lucid dream what you guys think am i going to have them more now or it was the one and i may suffer having next again for months? did this dream made lucid dreaming any easier for me?
1. 40 mg of B6 is not harmful, usually, B6 is only harmful when its taken in very large amounts continuously. I used to take 100 mg of B6 before bed. It didn't harm me, but it did keep me up almost the whole night.
2. I'm not too sure, your subconscious probably had a reason for it, but everyone has their own subconscious. This means the only person who can most likely figure it out, is You.
3. You probably don't need any dream control tips to help you. All you need to do to help with dream control, is to believe what your going to do will work. This always works for me.
4. There is no specific way to tell what level of lucidity a dream was, all I can say is that your getting there.
5. Yes, since you've had your first one, it will be easier for you to have more since you have a lot more experience.
By the way, a very useful tip I can give to you is to stop trying so hard to have an LD. if you stress yourself out about lucid dreaming, chances are you probably won't have any lucid dreams. Keep writing in your journal by the way.
