Could someone explain to me what each stage of a lucid dream is and how to distinguish between stages 1, 2, 3, and 4. Thanks |

I've never heard of stages of lucid dreaming. Where did you hear tell of these stages of which you speak? |
I have no idea what these stages are. What post was this on (if it was on this website) and if it wasn't, what website? It sounds interesting. |
Giz Edwards says in his videos depending on the vividness of a lucid dream and how much dream control you have determines what stage of a lucid dream you are in. I was just wondering how to distinguish between each of stages 1, 2, 3, and 4 that he talks about. I am just as confused as you guys are lol. |

He probably ment layers, as in quality of LD. |
Nothing in a lucid dream is ever truly stable. Having distinct layers would require stability between them. |
I suggest you stop watching Giz Edwards' videos, they're riddled with misinformation. What you are thinking of is the 'layers' of lucidity, an idea that he adopted from fellow youtuber Reece Jones. |

Oh lord - I was afraid this had something to do with 'Lucidology' and those ridiculous layers of lucidity. Makes for a nice alliterative name, doesn't it? But it doesn't mean anything. |

I don't think there are stages/layers of any kind, it's like setting false limits, and i am for one that there are no limits in dream, everything is possible. |
