Thread: How Long..

did you have to wait before you had your first LD? I've kept a diary and jotted down my dreams from the last 3 nights and can remember them all clearly, which is definitely a first. I hope i won't have to wait much longer

Speaking personally, I had to work at it for a little over a week before I had my first "induced" LD. However, I had had a handful of "accidental" LDs over the many years prior to that.

2 weeks for me, but for some it could take a month. Just keep doing it and don't give up. If you persevere, then you'l definitly get one and its defintly worth it. it's just different from person to person
