Was this a lucid dream?

(I hope this is in the correct place ) This happened I think a month ago, but I can remember it goodly: I fell asleep while watching a lets play of LSD Dream Emulator. I might been tapping my index finger and my pinky before drifting off, not sure ;p The next thing I noticed that I was just outside of my room, I walked up to my sister. She was watching this lets player. This is extremely similar to real life. (Bla, bla, bla, unrelated dream stuff) At one point I half-woken up somehow. My eyes kept flickering and I could see through my real two eyes (Not my mind's eye). Closing my eyes would carry on with the dream. I think I knew what was going on. I tried waving at a friend, and my hand could only raise about 1 cm high. I then knew pretty sure I was dreaming, so I tried spawning something; A dragon . For some reason it turned into some sort of rock Pokemon. I'm still not 100% sure I was lucid. I never noticed any special effects like I expected, is there? I just need to know for sure before I make a fool out of myself . Regards
