Whenever i am concsious of my dream, i 'wake up' . . . my eyes never open but i am 'aware'... causing me to wake up. Oh well, darn

When you find the dream starting to collapse around you try focusing on something familliar like your hands, look at them and try to note all their detail and stuff, this helps to stabilize the dream around you sometimes, give it a shot. =)

Many people say spinning works. When you become lucid in your drream, quickly imagine yourself spinning.
