Are actions with DCs "carried over"?

I've never had a lucid dream before (coming soon ), so I'm just curious about this; is the actions of your DCs remembered and carried over to other dreams via your subconscious? For example, say you walked up to a familiar dream character and just yelled at them, making them angry with you. Would this carry over to the next dream? Would your subconscious make that take affect on them (keeping them angry each time you see the DC again) until you fixed the "relationship"?

It's all depends on DC and how your subconscious reacts to your actions in a dream. If recurring DC seems really important for you/your subconscious it might have chance to carry over between dreams, i think.
      Good luck on lucid dreaming!

They certainly could but there will never be a guarantee that they will.

In your example you could make the DC's happy again just by willing them to be happy. They don't have minds separate from your own after all. But again nothing that happens in a dream can be guaranteed. Any continuity you experience in a dream is never more than an illusion and it could be shattered at any moment.

Well. I guess i sont really have anything to add. Just pretty much that if you think he should care he will, and vice versa. I like never have recurring DC's unless its my best friend or immediate family, thats crazy that you must!
If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

I can remember one DC who I can remember in two dreams and have written about in my DJ.
The dreams were months apart and I don't think I even remembered her during the second dream I had about her. But there she was, and she looked familiar so I asked her why she looked so familiar.
She answered we met in a dream before were I was taking painting lessons with a friend and she even showed me the paintings!
When I woke up I checked if I indeed had dreamt about this woman and found it to be true a few months earlier.
