I tried afternoon naps, but also no luck whatsoever. Same case as before real sleeping time |

If it's not working at all, move to something else. If you feel like you have made some progress, maybe give it another two weeks. No points staying with it for months if it doesn't help in any way though. |

Report back how it goes! Its discouraging when something doesn't work and you've tried so hard! I tried to WILD today in a nap, and after forty minutes, i didn't even fall askeep. And then i had to go to class... Problem is, im so wiggly when i try to fall to sleep... I tried not to move, but after fifteen minutes that is not possible... |
