After Six Months I'm back.... And need serious advice on where to go here?!

He just before I start I'd like to say I'm in my phone atm so I may get a few typos

So after starting lucid dreaming quite a while ago I had about 9 LD over a few week period it soon started to fade out of my life and I just didn't have or try to have them anymore. I did occasionally realise I was dreaming but then woke up.. Didnt really think to much of it... From about a month a go maybe less not sure I stated to have bad nightmares of the exorcist ( some creepy girl) google it if your not sure what it is butbe warned it is disturbing. From then onwards I new that whenever I was going to sleep I could possible encounter her in a dream and from then I have started to realise I was dreaming almost every single night.. When realising I was in a dream I would immediately think nightmare-exorcist-she's behind you and she was behind me which is when I would force my self to wake up. However the last night I once again realised I was dreaming whilst leaving school in a rocket.. Said to my freinds " hey you know this is actully a dream and your not real " I then like automatic looked behind me and saw here but on the floor far from me , when i
Then shouted ( something on the lines of ) what/who are you which is when I think whe just disappeared form that moment on I just felt free and sorta lucid.. I then started to just roam around, transport and change clothes in my dream but at the Same time feeling she was behind me but when checking wasn't, the dream lasted flr wuite long as well ateast 20 mins....I think i would like to get back into LD from the experiance I recently had, but I don't know where to go from here
. I believe I can easily identify I'm dreaming ( not sure how though) but not a clue how to become fully lucid and able to do exay what I want and have the feeling of lucidity... I apologise if this has been a boring story that could of been told in a few sentences but I jut want to te my story and what exay is going on.
so the question is where do I go from here ?
