I had an Idea I dont know if its been invented or posted (most likely) If your cd or mp3 player has an alarm built into it before you go to bed listen to a soothing or soft song like classical music or something not loud for a bit and just relax and think about dreaming and etc. etc. at what say 5 hours of sleep make the alarm go off at the same volume and maybe in your dream you would hear the music and remeber yourself trying to become lucid and realize that your dreaming? |
