Turn a Lucid Nightmare into a Fantastic Dream?

Hello Dreamers! Some of you may know, yesterday i achieved my first lucid dream! Now.. today i think i got my first lucid nightmare! Please read: http://www.dreamviews.com/f13/first-...htmare-138700/ So, since i woke myself up due to fear i guess... is it possible if i experience a (lucid?) nightmare like this again.. to turn it into a fantastic lucid dream? Please tell me everything you think! ~Michael

I did never have a lucid nightmare before, but it you want something to change, just expect it to change.

Congratulations on achieving your second lucid dream! it's understandable that you wanted to end the nightmare, but you it would've been better if you confronted your fear by asking those vampires what do they represent. Because nightmares are the subconscious's way to represent your daily life problems, you would've known a problem that might be hidden and solved it.

Thanks for the reply's! Yes areyoume, your right.. but i think i just ended it because it was just my second lucid.. so not so familiar yet with being lucid. That's why i just ended it i guess.

Dude, learn some dream attacks, I have 2 and they're DBZ like. What you wanna do is watch some movies and such and take a couple of ideas from them, and go back in that same dream for the little punks that spooked ya.
