I was having a dream yesterday and in it I was standing behind a desk with one other guy. There was another guy on the other side of the desk. We were interrogating the guy on the other side of the desk and as we were interrogating him, he RCed and said this was all a dream. The guy next to me said this was all actually reality.This didn't trigger me to RC and get lucid(I dont know how I didnt). I am curious, has something similar ever happened to anybody else?
I have had DCs tell me it was a dream, but not often. They often denie that it is a dream.
I have some experiences like that at times although...
You know what's even more annoying? :)
When you get lucid, but waste the lucid dream on trying to convince dream characters that they are real and that they are dreaming. o. O
And since you were so stupid, you ask yourself if you was even lucid at all.... ^-^
There's that one I realized I was dreaming..and the dream scene was my apartment, so I screamed: I'm DREAMINGGGGGG!! and my sister said: No you're not, crazy :S
I replied: What do you know...you're just a DC, and I've just done a reality check, you can't fool me...and she was like: okay, I lied :(
It was just frustrating that the dream character interaction didnt trigger me to RC. I didnt do anything in the dream but sit by and watch the DCs interact. I thought with me doing RCs 20 times a day i would be able to get my first lucid dream with something that seemed like a great trigger to RC but i guess i'll have to wait a little longer for my first LD.
Blimey, I've never had that, maybe it'll happen to me now I've just read about it :}
I often have dreams where I'm describing what lucid dreaming is to people and I wont realize Im dreaming. I also sometimes do reality checks in dreams and even when they work, I dont go lucid, I just think cool and continue on dreaming
I just had my first lucid dream last night and, in it, i was with a few other people and we all knew we were lucid dreaming. One of the people there told us how to fly in the dream and i did.
